1. Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes 5 business days for delivery.
2. Expedited Shipping: If you need your hand craft gift sooner, we provide expedited shipping options at an additional cost. The estimated delivery time for expedited shipping is 2 business days.
Order Processing Time: • All non-custom orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note that order processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs: • Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination of the delivery, and the total weight of your order. Shipping costs will be provided to you during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking: • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Times: • Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5 business days after processing. •
Expedited shipping orders typically arrive within 2 business days after processing.
International Shipping: • We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping may have longer delivery times, and additional customs fees or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
